McLean

High-end homes, established neighborhoods, proximity to Tysons and DC, and a wide range of lot sizes and architectural styles.

McLean tends to appeal to buyers who want proximity to Tysons and DC without giving up the possibility of larger homes, larger lots, and quieter residential streets. The housing range is wide, from older neighborhoods to major new construction and custom homes.

I use these area pages as a starting point, not a substitute for a real conversation. Two buyers with the same budget can make completely different choices depending on commute, lot size, walkability, schools, housing style, and how long they plan to stay.
