Herndon

Historic-town character, Dulles-corridor convenience, and nearby Silver Line access.

Herndon combines an older town center with newer development around the Dulles corridor. It can fit buyers who want access to IAD, the Silver Line, Reston, and western Fairfax or Loudoun employment centers.

I use these area pages as a starting point, not a substitute for a real conversation. Two buyers with the same budget can make completely different choices depending on commute, lot size, walkability, schools, housing style, and how long they plan to stay.
