Great Falls

Privacy, larger lots, custom homes, and a more residential feel while remaining close to McLean and Tysons.

Great Falls is primarily about space, privacy, and a more residential setting. Buyers often compare it with McLean, Vienna, and Oakton depending on commute tolerance, lot size, schools, and the type of home they want.

I use these area pages as a starting point, not a substitute for a real conversation. Two buyers with the same budget can make completely different choices depending on commute, lot size, walkability, schools, housing style, and how long they plan to stay.
