Arlington
Walkable urban corridors, quieter single-family neighborhoods, Metro access, and major lifestyle trade-offs block by block.
Arlington is one of the clearest examples of why choosing the area matters as much as choosing the house. The Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, North Arlington single-family neighborhoods, and South Arlington can offer very different prices, commutes, walkability, and daily routines.
I use these area pages as a starting point, not a substitute for a real conversation. Two buyers with the same budget can make completely different choices depending on commute, lot size, walkability, schools, housing style, and how long they plan to stay.
See the trade-offs in context.
This video is from the last year and is part of my Living in Greater DC channel, where I cover Northern Virginia neighborhoods, relocation decisions, and housing trade-offs.
